Two-story, 5870+/-square foot building on a 4608+- sf lot known as Barbon County Tax Parcel 102A1-58-C17 .The downstairs was a bank branch; the second floor and parts of the first floor are occupied by the Weatherly Community Library, which has a month to month rent-free lease, with a 90 day notice required to terminate.
The Phase I ESA revealed no known or suspect RECs in connection with the Site.
ARCADIS reviewed previous asbestos survey reports for the Site, which were prepared in 2005 and 2007. ACM identified at the Site include pipe and fitting insulation, furnace exhaust packing, linoleum flooring,various types of floor tile and floor tile mastic, cove base mastic, and interior and exterior window glazing.ARCADIS observed sporadic impact damage to the pipe and fitting insulation in the library portion of the basement. These damaged materials were abated/repaired to good condition on February 7, 2012.
