The 806,316 SF building, constructed in 1965 with additions and renovations in 1973, 1986, and 1994, consists of four major areas: a 237,000 sf area with 22+- feet of clearance; 332,000 sf with 15+- feet of clearance; 190,000 sf in two levels with 12’ 7” and 12’3” of clearance, respectively; and a 56,610 sf area with 13’ of clearance. The structure is steel-framed with exterior concrete or block walls (most with brick veneer) and interior steel column spacing from 37’ x 24’ to 37’ x 48’. There are 31 dock-high doors and two drive-in doors on the fully-sprinklered building, which contains 19,000 sf of finished office space. The electrical system was extensively vandalized prior to foreclosure in September 2010 and has been partially restored for lighting purposes.
