2122 Woodson Road, Overland, MO 63114 consists of a 38, 953+- sf (.89 acre) lot improved with a 1,539 square foot single-story bank branch with finished basement. Building height  is 18.2 feet per survey. According to the Assessor’s records, the Site was constructed in 1978, however, information provided by the client indicates the building was constructed in 1958 and expanded in 1978. The interior of the building is comprised of a lobby/teller area, offices, vault, storage closets, and a basement with a break room, server area, vaults and bathrooms.
 
The environmental assessment revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions (RECs) in connection with the Site. The preliminary ACM survey identified asbestos-containing spray-applied texture finish on the original building entry overhang, which is concealed above a suspended ceiling in the Lobby Area. Additionally, asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic and carpet glue/mastic were identified. The ACM was observed to be in good condition, except for the ceiling texture which had evidence of damage where the supports for the suspended ceiling pass through. The remainder of the Site is improved with asphalt-paved parking and driveway areas (approximately 22,950 square feet), concrete walkways and landscaping. A retaining wall curves along the eastern boundary of the asphalt parking lot and the drive-thru teller lane is located along the northern side of the building. The canopy of the drivethru is noted in the Assessor’s records as being 26 feet x 68 feet and contains multiple lanes. The building is heated by natural gas provided by Ameren Gas Company. The building is serviced with municipal water and sewer provided by the City of Overland. 19 regular and 2 handicapped parking spaces
 
According to the Assessor’s Office, the Site is located at “Survey 0000, Section 29, Township 46, Range 6”. aka  Southeast Fractional Quarter of Section 29, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, in the City of Overland, St. Louis County, Missouri
