SPECIAL NOTE:  Online bidding will NOT be available for the real estate.

TERMS:  All items must be paid for in full by end of auction with cash, cashier's check, bank letter of credit accompanying and guaranteeing the maximum amount of your purchase, or wire transfer.

INSPECTION:  Tuesday, March 2nd, 10am-4pm, 8am morning of the sale, or by appointement.

REMOVAL:  No items may be removed during auction period.  Many items may require a licensed and bonded professional.  Please check posted catalog for those items.  Unless otherwise indicated, all items must be removed by Thursday, March 4th by 4pm.  Lots #'s 35, 36, 37, 58, & 107 must be removed no later than March 14th.  All costs to remove items are at purchaser's expense.

SALES TAX:  7.75% sales tax will be added to all items UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brougth with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYERS PREMIUM ADDED:  All items sold onsite at this auction will be sold with a ten percent (10%) buyers premium fee added to the winning bid.  Online bidders, via www.bidspotter.com , will not only pay the ten percent (10%) buyers premium but, an addtional 3% as per Bidspotter's terms and conditions.
