The Secured Creditor does not intend to bid at the foreclosure sale, so it has engaged Auction Management Corporation to market these foreclosures in order to sell the assets for a fair market cash price. The assets to be sold consist of 3 commercial buildings most recently operated as dry cleaning establishments. Because the borrower still occupies the buildings, we are unable to place auction signs or schedule inspection dates.

The Metter building was built in 1950 and is a 2000±SF building with a small 350±SF storage area in the rear on .24± acres. It is identified by Candler County as Tax Parcels M45 004 and M45 005.

The Reidsville building was built in 1973 and is a 3420±SF building on .28± acres. It is identified by Tattnall County as Tax Parcel R13 018.
