Equipment requiring removal by a professional rigger (auctioneer will acknowledge these items) must be scheduled by appointment. Rigging companies must provide required insurance affidavit before starting any move requiring forklift or other machinery.

REMOVAL TIMES & RULES:
No items may be removed until payment in full in cash is received. All items MUST be removed following the auction and no later than 5:00 PM Sunday, November 20th unless prior approval by auctioneer.
Pickup/ Removal days are Friday, November 18 & Saturday November 19 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Sunday, November 20 by appointment. Contact Amy Martin to arrange extended time pickup of larger purchases.
Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. All materials that can be removed by hand/ hand truck/ cart, etc. may be removed by the buyer during pickup times scheduled.
Equipment requiring removal by a professional rigger (auctioneer will acknowledge these items) must be scheduled by appointment. There will also be an additional charge for electrical disconnect of 2 and 3 phase machinery by our preferred licensed electrician. All of these fees will be noted on the online bidding platform and on the individual item(s).
Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. Buyers must employ professional riggers or have the required bond and insurance to remove larger equipment and systems.
SALES TAX: A 6.5% sales tax will be added to all items sold UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction.
No sales tax charged on vehicles as this must be paid by buyer in county where they register the vehicle.
BUYER’S PREMIUM FEE ADDED: All items sold onsite at this auction will be sold with a fifteen percent (15%) buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid to determine the purchase price.
