**Please note that this auction will close 1 item per minute until all items are completed. We also have a bid extension feature in place wherein any bid placed in the last 5 minutes of an item's timeline will automatically extend the bidding by 5 minutes.

Pickup/ Removal: Friday, November 18 and Saturday November 19 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Sunday, November 20 by appointment.

Payments: Cash, Wire transfer, Checks (only per prior approval by submitting proof of funds), Certified Funds, & Credit Cards ($2,000 limit for all credit card purchases plus 3% processing fee applied to total balance due).

Sales tax will be charged at the rate of 6.5% unless you can provide us with a copy of your current Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax or an approved affidavit of out of state delivery upon checkout. IRS Form 8300 must be completed at checkout for all cash purchases totaling $10,000 or more. These forms are posted to our website and may be submitted via fax to 770-980-9383 or email a scanned copy to info@amcbid.com.

15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all high bids to achieve Purchase Price, 6.5% Sales Tax applied to total Purchase Price

Equipment requiring removal by a professional rigger (auctioneer will acknowledge these items) must be scheduled by appointment. Rigging companies must provide required insurance affidavit before starting any move requiring forklift or other machinery.

REMOVAL TIMES & RULES:

No items may be removed until payment in full in cash is received. All items MUST be removed following the auction and no later than 5:00 PM Sunday, November 20th unless prior approval by auctioneer.

Pickup/ Removal days are Friday, November 18 & Saturday November 19 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Sunday, November 20 by appointment. Contact Amy Martin to arrange extended time pickup of larger purchases.

Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. All materials that can be removed by hand/ hand truck/ cart, etc. may be removed by the buyer during pickup times scheduled.

Equipment requiring removal by a professional rigger (auctioneer will acknowledge these items) must be scheduled by appointment. There will also be an additional charge for electrical disconnect of 2 and 3 phase machinery by our preferred licensed electrician. All of these fees will be noted on the online bidding platform and on the individual item(s).

Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. Buyers must employ professional riggers or have the required bond and insurance to remove larger equipment and systems.

SALES TAX: A 6.5% sales tax will be added to all items sold UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction.

No sales tax charged on vehicles as this must be paid by buyer in county where they register the vehicle.

BUYER’S PREMIUM FEE ADDED: All items sold onsite at this auction will be sold with a fifteen percent (15%) buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid to determine the purchase price.

BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Announcements made at the auction take precedence over written matter. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All items subject to prior sale. Bid increments are at the Auctioneer's’ discretion. All sales are final.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: In the event purchased merchandise contains any environmental hazards, toxic waste or other type of hazardous material, Buyer shall provide evidence that Buyer or its representatives are licensed for such removal and shall comply with all applicable local, state and/or federal rules, laws and regulations. Auctioneer, its agents or representatives will not be responsible for its containment, storage or removal.
